NCT ID NCT07166198
Summary
This study aims to see if a special type of exercise can prevent muscle weakness when one wrist is immobilized in a cast. Researchers will put a cast on one wrist of women aged 40-65 for a week. They will test if doing strength training with the opposite, free arm helps the casted arm stay stronger and recover faster.
