Summary
This study is testing whether a wearable device called the WAVwatch 2.0, which plays sound frequencies, can help reduce everyday stress and anxiety. It will involve 100 adults in the US who will use the device and report on their stress levels. The goal is to see if this technology provides a real benefit for managing daily mental strain.
