Summary

This study tested whether drinking a calcium-bicarbonate mineral water called Lete could lower LDL (bad) cholesterol in healthy adults with high cholesterol. 160 participants drank either Lete or a regular mineral water for four months. The main goal was to see if Lete reduced cholesterol levels more than the control water.
