Summary

This study looked at whether drinking a calcium-bicarbonate mineral water called Lete can lower bad cholesterol (LDL) in healthy adults aged 18-60 with high cholesterol. 160 participants drank either Lete or a regular mineral water for 4 months. The goal was to see if the special water could reduce cholesterol levels without medication.
