Can your body learn to fight off ticks?
NCT ID NCT07479537
Summary
This study aims to find out if people who have had many tick bites can naturally develop resistance to them. Researchers will compare 24 people with a history of tick bites to people who have never been bitten, by placing ticks on their skin and measuring how well the ticks feed. The goal is to gather knowledge that could help scientists develop a future vaccine against ticks themselves.
