Summary

This study looks at whether fidgeting can help adults with ADHD pay attention and manage emotions better. About 109 participants will use a fidget device while doing computer tasks. Researchers will measure thinking speed, memory, and heart rate to see if movement helps. The goal is to learn which fidgeting habits work best for everyday life.
