First seen Nov 19, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study looks at whether people with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL) who have no detectable cancer after taking venetoclax can safely stop the drug. Researchers will monitor 81 participants for at least 12 months to see how many remain cancer-free without treatment. The goal is to reduce unnecessary drug exposure while keeping the disease under control.
