Summary

This study tests whether watching a short, flickering video (called dynamic visual noise) can reduce alcohol cravings and drinking in college students who crave alcohol at least once a week. Participants will watch either the flickering video or a still image daily for seven days and report their cravings and drinking. The goal is to see if this simple, non-drug method can help ease cravings.
