Seaweed pill trial aims to turn back the clock on aging

NCT ID NCT07500649

Summary

This study is testing whether a dietary supplement made from brown seaweed can improve markers of biological aging and overall health in older men. Researchers will give 60 men, aged 50-80, either the supplement or a placebo pill daily for six months. They will measure changes in blood markers, body composition, strength, and other health indicators to see if the supplement helps slow down aging-related decline.
