Could cutting salt be the key to calming your eczema?
NCT ID NCT07447063
Summary
This study is testing whether following a low-sodium diet can help improve the severity of eczema (atopic dermatitis). Researchers will have 40 adults follow a low-salt diet for 24 weeks and will also give them salt tablets or a placebo at different times to see how changing salt intake directly affects their skin condition and sodium levels. The goal is to see if managing salt in your diet is a practical way to help control eczema symptoms.
