This study tests whether adding the drugs camrelizumab and apatinib to standard chemotherapy (SOX) before surgery can help shrink tumors in people with locally advanced stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer. About 80 participants will receive the treatment before surgery. The main goal is to see if the cancer disappears completely after treatment.
