Summary
This study looked at ways to help children aged 5-20 with rheumatic heart disease take their regular antibiotics. Researchers compared having a case manager alone versus a case manager plus a peer support group. The goal was to see if the simpler approach works just as well to keep kids on track with their monthly antibiotic shots.
