Camel milk protein tested as novel gum disease treatment
NCT ID NCT07358104
Summary
This study is testing whether a protein from camel milk, delivered in tiny nanoparticle form, can help regrow bone lost to severe gum disease. It will compare the protein treatment against a standard bone graft procedure in 44 adults with specific bone defects. The goal is to see if this natural protein can improve healing and bone regrowth better than current methods.
