Summary

This study looks at how different types of mindful breathing, paired with heart rate feedback, affect memory and attention in adults aged 50 to 70. Participants will practice daily for 10 weeks and provide blood samples to check for changes in Alzheimer's-related markers. The goal is to understand which breathing pattern might best support brain health.
