First seen Apr 24, 2026 · Last updated May 09, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study looked at how the drug calderasib is absorbed, spread, broken down, and removed from the body in 8 healthy adults. Participants took a single dose with a radioactive tracer so scientists could measure the drug in blood, urine, and stool. The goal was purely to understand the drug's path, not to treat any disease.
