Can a daily pill slow down your Body's aging clock?
NCT ID NCT07114536
Summary
This study is testing whether a dietary supplement called calcium alpha-ketoglutarate (CaAKG) can help slow biological aging and improve health in middle-aged and older adults. For 12 weeks, 30 generally healthy participants aged 45-75 will take either the supplement or a placebo pill daily. Researchers will measure changes in a 'biological age' score, physical performance, metabolism, and other health markers to see if the supplement is effective and safe.
