Summary
This study compares the experimental drug CagriSema (cagrilintide and semaglutide) to a calorie-restricted diet in 80 adults with obesity. It measures how each approach changes the body's energy use, including sleeping metabolic rate. The trial lasts about 1.5 years, and all participants will receive CagriSema in the second part.
