Summary
This study looks at how three weight-loss medications—CagriSema, semaglutide, and cagrilintide—affect muscle health in 100 adults aged 50-70 with obesity and slightly high blood sugar. Participants will receive one of the drugs or a placebo for up to 15 months. The goal is to measure changes in muscle insulin sensitivity and composition during weight loss.
