First seen Mar 07, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This study compares two surgical implants used in neck surgery for cervical degenerative disc disease. One implant has built-in screws for extra stability, while the other is a traditional cage. Researchers want to see which one leads to better bone fusion, pain relief, and neck function. Forty adults who have not improved with non-surgical treatments will be followed for one year after surgery.
