Does your Pre-Workout coffee make you more likely to get hurt?

NCT ID NCT06039358

Summary

This study investigated whether caffeine, while known to boost athletic performance, might negatively affect how people perform exercises like running, squatting, and jumping. Researchers wanted to see if changes in movement technique from caffeine could increase the risk of injury. Fifteen healthy, active adults participated, completing tests both with and without caffeine and under normal and fatigued conditions.
