Scientists test Herbal-Caffeine combo to boost soccer star power
NCT ID NCT07458594
Summary
This study tested whether taking caffeine, an herb called Rhodiola rosea, or both together for four weeks could help trained male soccer players perform better when tired. Researchers measured how high players could jump, how hard and accurately they could head the ball, and their neck strength. The goal was to see if these supplements could reduce fatigue and improve key soccer skills.
