Your morning Coffee's workout boost depends on your daily habit
NCT ID NCT07474753
Summary
This study looked at whether a person's regular daily caffeine intake changes how well coffee improves exercise performance. Researchers tested 69 healthy athletes, giving them different doses of caffeinated coffee before workouts. They measured strength, muscular endurance, sprint power, and reaction times to see if people who drink caffeine daily get the same benefit as those who don't.
