Coffee vs. gum: which caffeine burns more fat?
NCT ID NCT07402902
Summary
This study aims to understand if the way you take caffeine—like in a pill, coffee, gum, or mouth rinse—changes how much fat your body burns during a one-hour bike ride. Researchers will compare each form to a fake version (placebo) in healthy adults who exercise regularly. The goal is to gather knowledge about caffeine's effects, not to provide a direct treatment benefit.
