Summary
This study is testing whether giving caffeine very early to extremely premature babies can help prevent sudden kidney injury. Researchers will compare caffeine treatment to standard supportive care in 236 newborns born before 32 weeks. The goal is to see if caffeine reduces kidney problems, shortens hospital stays, and improves survival for these fragile infants.
