Summary

This study looked at how people's usual caffeine intake changes the effects of coffee on exercise and thinking. Sixty-nine healthy, active adults did strength, sprint, and mental tests after drinking different doses of caffeinated coffee. The goal was to see if low, moderate, or high daily caffeine users respond differently to coffee before a workout.
