Summary
This study aims to understand how different caffeinated beverages affect people's mood, energy levels, and physical responses. Researchers will recruit 150 healthy adults who regularly consume caffeine and have them try different drinks while tracking their feelings and wearable device data. The goal is to gather information about how people respond to various caffeine sources, not to treat any medical condition.
