Summary
This study looked at whether a caffeinated sports drink with electrolytes and carbs helps with endurance, strength, and thinking during exercise. About 20 trained cyclists did cycling tests in a warm room after drinking different beverages. The goal was to see if the caffeinated drink improved performance compared to plain water or non-caffeinated versions.
