Summary
This study is testing a new program called Cafe Move designed to help older adults prevent physical frailty as they age. The program provides personalized feedback about physical function compared to peers and encourages preventive health behaviors. Researchers will enroll 36 independent-living older adults to see if the program is practical, safe, and effective at promoting healthy activities.
