Summary

This study tests a new drug, cadonilimab, combined with standard chemotherapy and radiation for people with stage III non-small cell lung cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The goal is to see if this combination helps shrink tumors and control the disease. 41 adults who have not had prior treatment are participating.
