Summary
This study is testing an oral drug called cabozantinib in people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has specific genetic changes (like RET, ROS1, or NTRK fusions). The main goal is to see if the drug can shrink the cancer and stop it from growing. Researchers will also closely monitor side effects and how long patients live without their cancer getting worse.
