New drug duo tested to halt aggressive sarcoma

Summary

This study is testing whether combining two drugs, cabozantinib and temozolomide, can better control advanced soft tissue sarcomas that cannot be removed by surgery or have spread. The trial aims to see if this combination can stop the cancer from growing for longer and improve survival. It is for adults with specific types of advanced sarcoma who have had up to five prior treatments.
