Summary
This study is testing the drug cabozantinib for people with advanced liver cancer (hepatocellular carcinoma) whose tumors have continued to grow despite treatment with immunotherapy drugs. The goal is to see if cabozantinib can help control the cancer, slow its progression, and extend survival for these patients who have limited remaining treatment options. The trial will measure how long patients live without their cancer getting worse and monitor side effects.
