NCT ID NCT06326567
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests a program called Comprehensive Connected Cancer Care (C4) for people newly diagnosed with cancer who also have social needs (like trouble paying for medicine or getting to appointments). The program uses patient navigators, a digital needs assessment, and better communication training for healthcare teams to connect patients with support services. Researchers will measure whether the program improves quality of life and survival over one year.
What this could mean
Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only — not medical advice or a prediction.

What this could lead to
If successful, this program could become a model for improving cancer care coordination and quality of life for patients facing social challenges.
What could go wrong
This is a single-site study testing a complex program, so results may not apply broadly. The program may not significantly improve survival or quality of life.
