Summary

This study is testing a new program to help Native American cancer patients get better coordinated care. It brings together a cancer center and tribal health systems to improve communication and provide culturally sensitive support. About 187 adults newly diagnosed with cancer will take part. The goal is to see if this approach improves patient satisfaction and reduces missed appointments.
