Summary
This study looks at whether giving a special mix of medicines (fibrinogen, plasma, and tranexamic acid) to trauma patients with life-threatening bleeding before they get to the hospital is possible and helpful. Ten adults with severe bleeding from injury will receive this treatment in the ambulance. The main goal is to see if the treatment can be given successfully, and researchers will also track survival and other health outcomes.
