Researchers ask: does replacing an old epidural reduce C-Section pain?
NCT ID NCT07366307
Summary
This study aims to understand which method causes less pain during a cesarean delivery for patients who already have an epidural from labor. Researchers will survey 200 patients to see if removing the old epidural and starting a new spinal block is better than just adding more medicine to the existing one. The goal is to gather information to help guide future pain management decisions, not to test a new treatment.
