New anesthesia mix may speed C-Section recovery

Summary
This study compares standard spinal anesthesia (bupivacaine) with a combination that includes dexmedetomidine for women having planned C-sections. The goal is to see if the added drug improves pain relief and recovery without extra risks. About 300 full-term pregnant women aged 20-35 will participate.
