Summary
This study is testing whether using a special ultrasound device to check blood flow during leg bypass surgery leads to better long-term results. It will involve 450 patients with severe leg artery disease who are at risk of amputation. The main goal is to see if this real-time check helps keep the surgical graft working properly for longer.
