New injection shows promise for lowering dangerous blood fats

Summary
This study tests a new drug called BW-00112 in 145 adults with mixed dyslipidemia, a condition where blood fat levels are too high. Participants receive injections of the drug or a placebo to see if it safely lowers triglycerides over 6 months. All participants are already on a stable statin medication.
