First seen Sep 30, 2025 · Last updated Apr 24, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study tests whether a combination of two drugs, brentuximab vedotin and nivolumab, can effectively treat Hodgkin lymphoma that has returned or not responded to initial therapy. About 31 adults will receive the drug combo to see if it can achieve long-term remission without requiring a stem cell transplant. The goal is to control the disease while avoiding the serious side effects and high cost of transplantation.
