Summary
This study tests whether adding a traditional Chinese herbal decoction (Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with Wuling Powder) to standard stroke care helps people recover better after an acute ischemic stroke. Participants receive either standard care alone or standard care plus the herbal decoction for 14 days. The trial measures neurological function, daily living abilities, and disability outcomes, and also collects blood samples to explore how the treatment might work.
