Summary

This study looked at whether giving the drug butylphthalide earlier (within 3 hours) or later (3-6 hours) after a stroke helps patients recover better. About 200 adults aged 18-80 with acute ischemic stroke took part. The goal was to find the best time to start treatment to improve brain function and daily living skills.
