Summary

This study tests whether butylphthalide can reduce brain swelling and improve recovery in 100 adults who had a major stroke and received a procedure to reopen a blocked artery. Participants must be treated within 24 hours of stroke onset. The goal is to see if the drug helps control brain edema and prevents further damage.
