Breathing technique tested to ease asthma fatigue
NCT ID NCT07353242
Summary
This study tested whether the Buteyko breathing technique could help people with asthma feel less tired, exercise more easily, and better control their asthma symptoms. It involved 90 adults recently diagnosed with asthma, who were split into two groups—one practicing the breathing technique and one not. The goal was to see if this simple, non-drug method could improve daily life for asthma patients.
