Headset and coaching tested to fight healthcare worker burnout
NCT ID NCT06977503
Summary
This study is testing whether using a special headset that delivers a mild electrical current to the earlobes, combined with group life coaching sessions, can help reduce feelings of burnout and moral distress in oncology healthcare workers. About 40 eligible workers will use the device daily for several weeks and attend virtual coaching. The goal is to see if this combined approach helps people feel less exhausted, more resilient, and more likely to stay in their jobs.
