Summary
This study is testing which type of bandage works better for healing children's burns. Researchers are comparing a newer, natural gel dressing (chitosan) against the common silver-based dressing. They will measure how quickly the burns heal, how much scarring occurs, and the overall experience for kids and medical staff. The goal is to find the best option for faster recovery with less noticeable scars.
