New burn dressing aims to ease pain and speed healing

Summary
This study compares a new powder dressing called Altrazeal to standard burn dressings in adults with partial-thickness burns. About 60 people will take part, and researchers will measure pain during dressing changes and track wound healing over 28 days. The goal is to see if the new dressing is more comfortable and effective.
