Summary

This study tests whether the drug bupropion can safely reduce symptoms of major depression in children and adolescents aged 7 to 17. About 246 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo (a dummy pill) for several weeks. Researchers will measure changes in depression scores using a standard rating scale.
