Summary
This study compares two forms of buprenorphine medication to help people with opioid addiction stay in treatment after leaving jail. Researchers will follow 240 adults who are about to be released from jail, giving half a monthly injection and half daily tablets. The goal is to see which approach helps people stay in treatment longer and avoid returning to opioid use.
