Summary
This study will test whether offering combined breast and colon cancer screening, along with genetic risk assessment, helps more Black and Hispanic women aged 45-74 get screened compared to usual care. Participants will be assigned to different navigation strategies to see which works best. The goal is to improve early detection and understand how to make cancer screening more effective for underserved communities.
